HK Lemon Parsley Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Lemon zest
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon slice as garnish
- TJ's Cornbread
- sauteed white onion
- Combine chopped fresh parsley with lemon juice and the zest of one onion.
- Stir together to combine
- scoop onto chicken with a spoon, then pour lemon over the chicken, chicken should be sitting in the juice just a little bit, with the parsley/zest mixture on top
- Let marinate for a while in the fridge (AKA as long as the cornbread takes to cook)
- sauté to your liking
- garnish with a lemon slice
