Crafting Resume Part 1
I realized I haven't done much sewing or crafting in the year I've been Hello Kirsti-ing, so I dug through my photo documentation of various craft projects from High School and college, so i present my crafting resume so you can get an idea of where my skill level is... or was... I'm trying to get back there.
2006
Pillow Gift for my HS Best Friend, felt with ribbon embroidered on my mom's computer based embroidery machine.
Bunny stuffed animal baby gift with cloak, love this bunny pattern from 7th grade home ec. I think I spent all of home ec threading everyone else's machine. I also won the Home Ec student of the year award. What can I say I've always been a Martha.
Baby Blanket all hand floss embroidered in 2002
My very Legally Blonde fashion design project from camp at Savannah College of Art & Design in 2004, completely reworked from a white tee and white jeans and goodwill finds.
Making Piggy prom dresses from satin with my Bestie in 2005.
Lilly inspired alligator puzzle with a surprise pink baby alligator.
2006
During the painted Dr.Scholls height, Lilly's Croc Monsieur inspired sandals.
How cute are they?? I used graphite transfer to do this since my drawing ability is minimal.
